Ivy Cottages are located in a secluded, shaded clearing near South Bass Island's west shore. Both cottages are reminiscent of the vacation homes prevalent on the island since the 1950's. Both cottages, however, have been updated for the comfort we all expect. Clean, modern bathrooms and kitchen facilities are located in both cottages. Kitchens are fully equipped, including microwaves, coffee makers, dishes, flatware, pots and pans, dish towels, etc. We also provide our guests with bed linens. The cottages have color televisions. Summer visitors enjoy the comfort of air-conditioning, while those who visit in the spring and fall will be toasty-warm. Six adults may sleep comfortably in the two-bedroom cottage, which also has a loft with two twin beds. The one-bedroom cottage also features a loft with two twins and sleeps four. Ivy Cottages are a 15 minute walk from downtown, offering our guests a quiet respite from the island's exciting nightlife. Plan a Reunion for your family. Ivy Cottages offer you and your family or friends an opportunity to get together without the hassle and expense of separate hotel rooms. There is plenty of space for the kids to play and you can sunbathe in the privacy of a secluded clearing. An outdoor grill and patio furniture are located outside, where you may enjoy your meals. Both cottages have enclosed patios. A swing set is available for our younger guest's enjoyment.
